Youth

Who we are.

The leaders and volunteers of Willow Hills Youth (WHYouth) are men and women who are dedicated to seeing that this next generation be the best generation. We are passionate about youth ministry, and believe that we all want to see our students prepared heart, soul, body and mind for the challenges they will face in life.

To that end, we seek to instill the characteristics of respect, responsibility, courage, compassion, wisdom and integrity in every student who comes through this ministry.

Our Mission

  • The Gospel changes lives. It brings people to Christ, and informs them how to live for Him. Our job is to take every opportunity to reach students with our words and actions.

  • The world can be harsh and unforgiving, and many students go into that world without the tools they need to survive it. We will not let that happen. We will use the scriptures to equip students with the tools necessary for survival. We will give them the principles they need to face life’s challenges.

  • Students make mistakes (whether on purpose or on accident) just like anyone else. We will not make excuses for them, but we will love them. We will make a place for them that will be encouraging rather than discouraging, a community where students can come alongside one another on life’s journey, and help each other finish strong.

What we do.

Sunday Morning

Middle school and High school students meet upstairs in the Family Life Center (“D” Building) in room D206 at 9:30am for a Bible study. During this time, we split up into smaller groups for the study.

Sunday Evening

Middle school and High school students meet upstairs in the Family Life Center (“D” Building) in room D206 from 5pm to 7pm for a youth service. During this time, we socialize, play games, and enjoy a large group Bible study.

Meet Titus

This is Titus. He’s our Next Gen Pastor here at Willow Hills. He has spent most of his time working at a Christian College in Missouri. He’d love to tell you more about our youth ministry - just ask!
